How can patients help other patients find the right doctor in the easiest and most accurate way?
The Challenge
People forget that physicians not only need to fit a patient’s medical needs, but also has to establish an emotional connection with their patients. Current physician review systems lack in quantity and especially lack in accuracy and credibility. Working with Premera Insurance, our team redesigns the physician review process so that patients can more easily find the physician that truly fits their needs.

Solution
We've simplified reviews down to what the most basic information is needed to know a physician. Reviews use 'human terms' rather than medical jargon so that users can easily and accurately make reviews. Review questionnaires are dynamic, changing to accommodate the type of physician.
Physician Profiles
Personality tags describe the physician in ways patients can understand.
Profiles also total the type of experiences patients had with this physician--positive, neutral, or negative.
Simplified Reviews
Every appointment is followed up with a satisfaction email.
Tiered Reviews
Physician reviews have 3 parts--personality tags, treatment satisfaction, and in depth description.
